Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Bigdaycovered. We aim to offer excellent customer service, therefore if there is anything we can do to improve our service or improve your experience please contact us.
1. Upon completion of the booking form a contract is formed between ‘Bigdaycovered’ and the client.
2. Bigdaycovered will at all times attempt to provide the most suitable product for it’s client, however the company reserves the right to replace items with the nearest equivalent should in the unlikely event a product be unavailable
3. All bookings are secured with a 20% deposit, a full balance should be received no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date
4. In the event of cancellations booking fees / deposits are not refundable
5. If after the completion of the contract the client wishes to change the date / place of booking please inform us immediately. We will endeavour to facilitate this change; however we are not bound to accept the alteration and Bigdaycovered has the discretion to retain any deposit paid
6. Bigdaycovered shall not be liable for any loss / injury or illness arising from the hire of our products
7. By signing the booking form the client agrees to undertake all safety measures for hire goods including full compliance with health and safety and fire regulations
8. In the event that any of our products sustain damage please inform Bigdaycovered at the earliest opportunity. To cover any damage Bigdaycovered requires a £100 fully refundable bond, this should be paid separately 4 weeks prior to the event date. All goods should be returned in the condition and quantity hired. (this does not include general washing / cleaning)
9. In the unlikely event of a required replacement; additional chair covers are charged at £30 and replacement chair bows are charged at £4, this will be paid through the refundable bond
